Hotel Registration

The best way to reserve a room is online. If you do not have internet, you can call the 800 number.​

  • To reserve a room at the host hotel online:

    • Use this link https://group.doubletree.com/dho4n5

      • Note: The default reservation is for four nights starting on Wednesday night. If you want something different, you will need to change the reservation dates at the top of the page. In the Edit Stay section, click on any of the four options (start date, end date, room and guests, special rates) to change them.​

  • To reserve a room at the host hotel by phone:

    • Call 1-800-HILTONS and ask for the Mason-Dixon Square Dancers for the dates of July 17 - 20, 2024.
