About the Federation

Mason-Dixon Square Dancers Federation, Inc. (MDSDF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the promotion, preservation, teaching, and enjoyment of Modern Western Square Dancing in Maryland and the surrounding region.

 

The Federation supports local square dance clubs, promotes educational and recreational opportunities, encourages participation in square dancing, and fosters cooperation among dancers, callers, and affiliated organizations.

 

Mason-Dixon Square Dancers Federation, Inc. is a separately incorporated nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code through the group exemption held by United Square Dancers of America, Inc. (USDA), Group Exemption Number 6387.
