Minutes of our Delegates Meetings are posted here. They are listed and available for viewing and download. As new issues become available they will be added to the list.

The files are pdf format documents. Most modern desktop browsers do, in fact, support pdfs. The need to download another tool would be limited to the few users who are not using one of the modern browsers.
